In 2005, Kelly teamed up with her sister Abbey to create Edible Blooms and spread joy across the continent. Sales of their fabulously fresh, beautiful bouquets hit $1 million in their first full financial year and have grown steadily since, with the company now employing 50 staff across Australia and New Zealand. Most recently, Edible Blooms has expanded offshore to launch new locations in London and Geneva, spreading delicious joy to customers throughout the UK and EU.
The multi-award-winning company is a former Telstra Australian Small Business of the Year and Kelly was also named South Australian Telstra Business Woman of the Year in 2009. This year Kelly is part of the Ernst & Young Winning Women program for the Oceana region and in 2017 was a recipient of an ILF scholarship and recently completed a High Performance Leadership program at Oxford University. In 2016, she was also invited to a leadership retreat with Sir Richard Branson at Necker Island in the Caribbean and was also chosen as the face of Telstra’s nationwide business technology marketing campaign ‘Do Your Thing’.

Tim Mason is CEO of Eagle Eye, a Software as a Service that enables businesses to create intelligent digital connections with their consumers. Its Eagle Eye AIR platform allows the secure issuance and redemption of digital offers and rewards at scale, across multiple channels, enabling a single customer view and replacing previously used paper-based methods.
Eagle Eye’s customers include Asda Walmart, Coca-Cola, Diageo, Greggs, John Lewis, Ladbrokes, Marks & Spencer, Mitchells & Butlers, Pizza Express, Sainsbury's, Tesco and Thomas Pink. Eagle Eye also provides the platform for Loblaw’s PC Optimum, the global benchmark for a hyper-personalised digital rewards program.
Tim was previously CMO and Deputy CEO of Tesco. Throughout his career at Tesco, he was renowned for being in touch with the customer and was instrumental in the creation of some of Tesco’s most successful marketing initiatives including Clubcard, Express, Personal Finance and Tesco.com.

Cam has honed his marketing and branding skills over the past 20 years in senior marketing roles with Nike, Greyhound Racing Victoria (GRV) and now with iconic leisure accommodation brand BIG4 Holiday Parks.
Cam has extensive experience successfully developing brand campaigns and aligning them with business goals having delivered the award-winning 2012 London Olympics brand activation +NINE for Nike Australia and the Every Greyhound Has A Story brand position and campaigns for GRV. For the past 5 years Cam has been driving people into regional locations to major race meetings at regional racetracks and to BIG4 Holiday Parks right across the country.
Recently, Cam and his team have embarked upon rebranding and re-energising BIG4’s 30-year-old membership program and is looking forward to sharing the journey with the attendees at this year's Customer Engagement and Loyalty Conference.

A strategic, multidisciplinary developer with an eye for innovation Christian heads up the fastest growing department at Retail Zoo, responsible for all brands presence on the digital landscape.
Christian is a digital native with over 14 years experience in the UK & US, having worked on variety of projects for clients including BBC, MTV, Barclays Bank and AAA Game developers.

Ryan Gracie is a marketing and media professional, operating at the intersection of marketing, technology and creative. Starting life as cameraman with the WIN TV network, Gracie went on to become the General Manager of the WIN radio network, Digital Lead for APN News & Media and more recently he spent 4 years as the Digital Marketing Manager for JB Hi-Fi, establishing a focus on the digital channel for the iconic Australian retailer.
A stint as Marketing Director with Global Toy & Sporting goods manufacturer Funtastic, immersed him in product design and brand creation. As a retail marketing expert, for the past 2 years Gracie has lead marketing for Australia’s largest ecommerce business, Catch Group which includes leading brands Catch, Grocery Run, Mumgo, Brands Exclusive, The Home, Pumpkin Patch & Catch Connect.
