Mark has more than 20 years of Loyalty, Marketing and Corporate Strategy experience gained both in Australia and the US.
During his time in the US, Mark worked in a variety of companies from Live Technology, an internet technology start-up, Worth Linen, a leading management consulting firm in New York to a renowned direct marketing agency WLA, with a client list including Time Warner and Bertelsmann.
Since returning to Australia, Mark was promoted to General Manager of Visible Results (now Global Red), a leading Loyalty Marketing Agency, headed up Loyalty, Marketing & Operations at Woolworths and most recently gained the prestigious position in ANZ’s leadership team as Head of Rewards & Loyalty.
Mark joined Air New Zealand in 2003 and has held a variety of senior marketing, public affairs and product development roles in both New Zealand and Australia, the past five years in loyalty. He is also a Non-Executive Director of 11 Ants Analytics Limited.
Prior to Air New Zealand, Mark was Group Director Business Communications at communications agency Professional Public Relations and has also previously worked in the insurance and television industries.
Andrea is a senior executive with a unique combination of traditional marketing/advertising background and extensive digital marketing, strategy and technology experience.
Moving from agencies and digital consultancies, progressing to a senior client side executive, Andrea's diverse background has afforded her the opportunity of viewing business challenges through a variety of different lenses.
She has the rare skill of using digital channels to drive both superior customer experience and commercial return across Financial Services, Retail, Technology, Pharmaceutical / Healthcare, Wholesale & Distribution, FMCG, Fashion, Media and Tourism.
Lee has nurtured a successful career across Europe and the Middle East and is now a senior manager in the challenging world of Retail as the Head of Shopper Engagement for Metcash, supporting their key brands of IGA, The Bottle-O, Mitre 10 and Cellarbrations.
His success has been based on his ability to manage and inspire people, creating strategic insight, customer value management strategies and driving marketing optimisation.
His areas of expertise extend to Customer Insight Analysis, Marketing Effectiveness Evaluation, Direct Marketing, CRM, Customer Retention Programs, Loyalty Marketing and Customer Segmentation.
